担任第六届中国青年运筹与管理学者大会组织委员会主席，第九届中国青年信息与管理学者大会程序委员会主席，2007 IEEE International Conference on Grey System and Intelligent Services程序委员会副主席，台湾《Journal of Grey System》杂志编委，《武汉理工大学学报（交通科学版）》编辑。
为交通部直属高校首批优秀青年骨干教师，并获霍英东教育基金会第六届高等院校青年教师奖二等奖。
主要研究方向及成果：
主要研究方向为运筹与管理、预测理论与技术、不确定系统分析与决策等。
主持和参加各类科研项目13项，其中国家自然科学基金2项（其中主持1项，1项排序第3），部级项目7项（其中主持5项）；出版著作和教材5部，其中专著2部；发表学术论文60余篇，其中国际英文杂志24篇，国际会议论文9篇，中文核心期刊22篇。论文被国外著名检索系统检索48余篇,其中三大检索（SCI、EI、ISTP）27篇，SA 11篇，INSPEC 10篇。
教学上共主讲各类课程13门，其中硕士生及博士生9门，指导博士研究生5名，硕士研究生21名。
获奖情况：
